Design Sprint
A workshop and presentation for my design and engineering teams on how to work better together.

- I designed and ran the workshop and presentation for the design and engineering teams.
- Key decision
- Combined Agile development and Design Sprints in one shared framework, instead of running them as separate processes.
- Result
- A shared way of working for both teams, documented in the presentation below.
Problem
- Design and engineering worked in disconnected cycles, prototyping was slow, and user feedback arrived late.
Approach
- A five-phase sprint (Understand, Diverge, Converge, Prototype, Test) running inside the regular Agile sprints.
