Background / experience

I am a Lead Product Designer and design coach with more than 15 years of experience in web software. I have worked across product, design, and development teams to improve collaboration and create practical design foundations for complex products.

What I do

I design scalable systems for SaaS products, guide design system adoption, and define workflows that make Product, Design, and Engineering collaboration smoother and more predictable.

Personal

I also work on a personal AI project, Hoot AI, focused on UX insights and workflow analysis.
